Shipping Methods and Rates

Currently, we provide two shipping options for our customers within Australia:

• Standard Postage: We offer a flat rate of $10 AUD for standard postage. Standard postage typically takes anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive nationally. Please bear in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and potential unforeseen postal delays.

• Express Postage: For those who require expedited shipping, we have an express postage option starting at $15 AUD. Express postage usually takes approximately 2 to 4 business days to arrive. Please note that delivery times might be slightly extended for remote or rural areas.

Dispatch Time

We recognise the eagerness to receive your orders promptly. At KER, we make it a priority to dispatch orders within 24 hours of your purchase. However, kindly understand that during peak seasons or special promotions, dispatch times might be marginally longer.

Delivery Times

• For standard postage, please allocate 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered nationwide.

• For express postage, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to arrive within Australia.

• For international standard postage, please allow 5-18 business days for your order to arrive internationally.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays or adverse weather conditions, might impact delivery times. Additionally, we'd like to note that rural areas could experience slightly extended delivery times.

International Shipping

Currently, we provide one shipping option for our international customers:

• Standard Postage: We offer a flat rate of $40 AUD for international standard postage. International standard postage typically takes anywhere from 5 to 18 business days to arrive.

Please note that international shipments can incur customs or import duties, taxes or delays once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local post office. KER is not liable for any freight charges, international duties or taxes incurred by delivery, refused shipment or unclaimed goods.

Pre-Order

Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front.
